1. Digital Product Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Squarespace templates are transferred manually via email within 5 business days of purchase. Instant downloads (like freebies or PDF guides) will be sent to your inbox immediately after checkout.
2. Template Licensing
Each Squarespace website template includes a single-use license for one business. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it for multiple clients or brands without written permission.
3. CustomGPT Access
The CustomGPT Design Assistant is a one-time purchase and includes lifetime access for one user. Do not share login credentials or distribute outputs commercially.
4. Slack Community Access
If you’ve joined the Slack support group, please be respectful and kind. I reserve the right to remove anyone who violates community guidelines or disrespects others.
5. Refund Policy
